For 20 years, I’ve stayed in rooms watching brilliant people struggle as managers. Not because they were not capable. Not because they didn’t care.
But because nobody gave them the right tools.
As a busy HR professional I went looking for ready to use resources to use, but I couldn’t find them anywhere.
So I built them.
Who I am
I’m an occupational psychologist with over 20 years of experience in HR and Talent Leadership. I’ve worked in businesses of all sizes, from start ups to corporates, and i’ve seen the same story play out repeatedly.
Capable people get promoted into management. No proper tools. No structured support. Problems that escalate into grievances, tribunals and resignations.
Why Valee Leader
In gujarati Valee means “loved child”. I named this after my 2 daughters - Varni Bhakti and Tapasvi Leela.
Because everything I build is for them. For the world that they will inherit. For every manager who deserves better support than being left to figure it out alone.
